Mid-sprint checkin
Shorter update this week. The team is heads down working on a large re-write of the image handling component after fielding a series of inter-connected bug reports from customers.
Also underway is tweaking of Google Analytics and conversion rate optimization. We have an eye to test Google and Facebook display ads to coincide with the relaunch planned later this fall.
Last, Mixpanel is now humming along and our customer success rep has been deep diving into leading indicators of trial>signup success. We've narrowed down, on what we believe to be, THE critical action to ensure customers find value after signup.
